Northern Perceptions: Raya 2019

First need to send the cat for boarding. Luckily there's still space at a nearby petshop at RM16/night for 6 nights. The trip home was slower than last year, I remember it was much smoother. We were late to take off from KL - at 3 pm many people were already on the move. as a result we spent an extra hour on the road. Otherwise the trip was uneventful. Looks like next year we'll be using the soon to be completed WCE.
At the family gathering there was the usual many extended family members. Children have grown up it was hardly recognisable who's who. Oh... durian is in season - that's a highlight.
