Black day for MAS and Malaysia

Shocking news as we arrived home from the mosque at 11.30pm last night: MAS flight MH17 - a Boeing 777 from Amsterdam do KL was shot down over Ukraine yesterday, reportedly brought down by a ground to air missile. It is unthinkable that something like it should happen with MAS still grappling with the loss of MH370 few months ago.
So the major news network are highlighting 2 major events - the MAS plane and the beginning of ground invasion by Israel into Gaza.
Both very sad news indeed.
