Living space

This rented property we're staying in currently is quite spacious for our small family, but getting up & down the stairs can be a pain sometimes. Certainly a single storey house would be more convenient, but with property prices so expensive we may have to settle for a two-storey link house if we're going to settle anywhere near here.
