New Nu

Its the first working day after the CNY holidays. This new Nu Sentral Shopping complex adjacent to KL Sentral Stn is decorated in red. A dragon dance team is visiting a jewellery outlet and will proceed to other shops collecting ang pows in the process. 

This shopping mall is just like any other just a bit more polished, perhaps because its still new?

 The last time I was here the place was still under construction and people had to walkaround the building to get to Sentral from the monorail stn. Now people had to walk through the mall pass all these shops.

New Facade for The Mall

The Mall have a new cheerful look. With bright yellow and orange it can be easily seen from afar and in contrast to previous facade made up of old-fashioned tiles.

Work still going on inside and I'm sure it'll have a refreshing look as well.

Ride to Jenderam

The time is 1min past 7am ad the street lights have just gone off. The sky is covered with nice looking thin clouds and a hot day is expected. Rainy season is over obviously though it may rain every 3-4 days.
We are to ride to Jenderam and back via Dengkil today and it turned out that the clouds remained till late morning and covered us from the sun for most of the ride. The ride was a bit hard on the undulating road but everyone enjoyed it despite some experiencing short of breath on one particularly steep slope.
The ride started at about 7.40am with 7 riders and ended about 11am, with many pit stops including a longish stop for breakfast at Jenderam. Total ride distance was about 35km.
