Funeral, noodles and prawns

Mee udang Kuala Sepetang - very famous dish of noodles and prawns near Kuala Sepetang a.k.a. Port Weld. This was my first visit to this eating place located along the road from Taiping to Kuala Sepetang. At RM12.00 a bowl it is not cheap but worth it considering how much it would have cost in KL.
Prawns are fresh and taste excellent, highly recommended though the place could do with a makeover.
Four of us travelled in a car to Kuala Kangsar to attend a friend's funeral so we end up here for a late lunch with 3 other friends who also turned up. Nice to meet old friends but sad to see one had to leave us....
