Haze!

Got this every year but it is VERY bad in recent days. Some schools ordered closed today in Klang with API more than 300 in some places. One could smell something burning as if someone burning dead leaves nearby.

On the bus!

On the bus at last! First time on the bus since moving here in January 2010. A trip from ERL Stn to Alamanda costs 50 sen and the journey took 30 minutes. Nice comfortable bus but driver like to swerve the bus overtaking other vehicles whenever he can. The big glass windows of the bus allows unobstructed view outside though spoilt by the haze today.

Big Move 4th March 2014

The lorry to move our large items came rather late 10.40am. The 3-tonne lorry need to do two trips. All the large items and some flower pots were taken to the new house. Still some belongings need to be carted away using our car later. The movers left at abbout 9.30pm - that's a 11-hour work.
I think we underestimate how much things we have and that we are moving to a smaller house therefore not everything can fit in nicely. Looks like we'll be juggling for spaces for all our belongings in the next few weeks. Just wish we have a 'minimalist' lifestyle - is it possible?
Then there the satellite and broadband services to relocate, utilities disconnected etc.
