Taman Saujana Hijau Revisited

Went for walkaround the path at the top of the hill. Walked for about an hour and a half and covers about 6 km. Not a lot of sweat, but a lot better than being in the house. It is interesting to see how the place looks like in 5, 10 years from now when the trees have grown tall.

One Million Ringgit

This is a view from a 3-storey semi-d house in Presint 18 facing the lake. The price is said to be 1.1 - 1.3 million ringgit. It's not terribly spacious. A new terrace house is said to be priced at RM600,000.00. These prices are extremely expensive and it's hard to think how government servants can afford them.
Elsewhere house prices are also on the way up steeply. It may be creating a bubble I don't know but the banks are financing all this and this can't be good in the long run. As it is, genuine house buyers are paying through their noses.

New Putrajaya Skyline

Four almost completed skyscrapers seen from lakeside & PICC. The towers are not yet occupied but I think they will soon be, perhaps before the end of the year. That means this time next year we'll have a few hundred(thousand?) more people working in the area & surely more cars on the road. I also heard that the plan is to have another cluster of skyscrapers across the road. One thing for sure, the place is going to be busier as time goes by.
