Pool at Presint 11

The entry fee to this magnificent pool at P11 is only RM2 for adults and RM1 for children The evening session starts at 8.00pm and ends at 10pm. Other facilities at P11 Pusat Kejiranan includes a badminton/events hall, a library and a food court. Not too many people at the food court and the fare is quite good so we’ve been coming to this place regularly for the past two weeks.

Labuan-Menumbok

A trip on the express speedboat from Labuan to Menumbok in Sabah takes about 25 minutes. There's no proper schedule, the boat leaves when there's enough people who has bought tickets - the fare is RM15 one way. This is not the only service available. To bring cars and goods vehicles across, there's a large ferry providing (twice?) weekly service and the trip takes 3 hours.

New Year 2011

Time flew by & its now almost 10 days in the new year. The last big event was a memorable one for it marked the biggest ever group ride in Putrajaya - more than 1000 riders according to the organiser. Glad to be part of it though I thought a large majority of the riders were non-Putrajaya residents.
