75% of rain

According to the good people at JPS, 75% of the rain in a year has already fallen to this date. What it means is that there is a high probability that the second half of this year is going to be much drier. With the usual dry months of January to March every year, I hope that most of the rain would come towards the end of the year to lessen the effect of having less water in the system. Time will telll but problems are sure to surface and we must be ready.
